Welcome to myoctave.in ("the Website"), operated by AKG Ventures ("we," "us," "our"). AKG Ventures is a company that is the channel partner/master franchisee for the OCTAVE brand ("OCTAVE") and owns and operates the OCTAVE stores listed on this Website. OCTAVE is also operated by other, independent franchisees elsewhere in India who are not affiliated with AKG Ventures and are not covered by these Terms. By accessing or using this Website, or by shopping at a store operated by AKG Ventures, you agree to the terms below.
myoctave.in is an informational website for AKG Ventures' OCTAVE stores. It does not process online orders, payments, or deliveries. All product purchases take place in person at these stores. Store locations are listed on our Store Locator page.
If you shop at an OCTAVE store operated by a different franchisee (not listed on this Website), that store's own terms and policies apply instead of these - please check with that store directly.
The OCTAVE name, logo, and brand are used by AKG Ventures under a franchise/licence arrangement with the OCTAVE brand owner. All other content on this Website - including product images, text, and design - is the property of AKG Ventures or its licensors and is protected by applicable trademark and copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without prior written permission.
Information submitted through the franchise or business enquiry forms is used solely to evaluate and respond to your enquiry. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee approval or the grant of a franchise, which remains subject to a separate, formal agreement between AKG Ventures and the applicant.
Products are sold exclusively through OCTAVE stores owned and operated by AKG Ventures. All purchases are subject to the terms printed on your bill/invoice at the time of sale, and to the Exchange & Return Policy set out below. In case of any conflict, the terms printed on the original bill for that purchase will prevail for that specific transaction.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the terms below before shopping with us.
No exchange or return is available on discounted or sale items, for any reason. Please check size, colour, pattern, and for any visible defects before completing your purchase.
Accessories are not eligible for exchange or return, for any reason.
We offer exchange only (no cash refunds) within 7 days of purchase, limited to genuine manufacturing defects. To be eligible:
Items claimed under manufacturing defect are inspected by our team before approval. The final decision on whether an exchange is approved rests with OCTAVE.
An approved exchange is processed at the garment's price on the date of exchange, not the price originally paid. If you exchange during an End of Season Sale (EOSS) or any other promotional period, the item is valued at the discounted rate applicable that day, and no refund or credit is issued for the difference.
Please ask our store staff for washing and care instructions at the time of purchase. Exchanges are not available for damage caused by improper washing, shrinkage, colour bleeding, or general wear from inadequate care.
Contact us at care@myoctave.in within 7 days of purchase, or speak to staff at the store of purchase, with your bill/invoice number, product details, and (if contacting online) clear photographs of the issue.
To the extent permitted by law, AKG Ventures and OCTAVE are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or from products purchased in-store, beyond the remedies set out in the Exchange & Return Policy above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competence over our registered place of business.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website or our stores after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
