At OCTAVE, we aim to ensure a satisfying shopping experience through clear and transparent policies.

Discounted Items

  • No exchange or return will be accepted on any discounted or sale items, under any circumstances.
  • Please ensure that size, color, pattern, and any visible defects are checked at the time of purchase.
ii.

Full-Price Items

We offer exchange only (no return or refund) within 7 days of purchase, and only for genuine manufacturing defects.

Eligibility conditions
  • Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • A valid purchase receipt must be provided.
iii.

Inspection of Defects

  • All items claimed under manufacturing defect will be inspected at our factory.
  • Exchange approval is subject to internal quality assessment, and the final decision rests with OCTAVE.
iv.

Washing & Care

  • Customers are advised to consult our front-end team for proper washing instructions at the time of purchase.
  • Exchanges are unavailable for damage from improper washing, shrinkage, color bleeding, or fabric wear from inadequate care.

Not Covered Under Exchange

  • Size or fit issues
  • Change of mind
  • General wear and tear
